Clinical Research Coordinator

Client: Higher Education Provider Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - Onsite Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance) Pay Range: ($50 - $51) hourly Note: Relocation allowed Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support Phase I Oncology clinical trials. The ideal candidate will independently coordinate study activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams. Responsibilities Coordinate Phase I oncology clinical research studies. Recruit, enroll, and retain study participants. Manage study documentation, data collection, and regulatory submissions. Ensure compliance with IRB, FDA, HIPAA, guidelines. Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and study monitors. Report adverse events and maintain accurate study records. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience. Hands-on experience with Phase I Oncology treatment trials. Experience working in a hospital or academic medical center. Proficiency with EPIC EMR. Strong knowledge of IRB, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and medical terminology. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
