Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified Body Imaging Radiologist to become a full-time faculty member in the Department of Radiology at our medical center located in Maywood, Illinois, just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago.
The selected candidate will be part of a distinguished Radiology Department comprising 50 specialized radiologists, providing clinical services across our medical center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and affiliated outpatient care facilities. The department also includes 28 residents and 1 abdominal imaging fellow, with a strong emphasis on resident and fellow education as a core aspect of our mission. Evidence of teaching and mentorship will be crucial in our selection process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality radiological services in body imaging.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and fellows.
- Participate in clinical and translational research initiatives.
- Board Certification in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in abdominal imaging or body MRI.
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois by the time of hire.
Radiologists will have access to fully equipped home workstations for call coverage. Faculty rank and salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
