Job Opportunity: PHP/IOP Physician

Our organization is actively looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our team in a PHP/IOP role located in Murrieta, California. This position involves delivering psychiatric care within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
  • Manage and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Support patient stability and recovery through effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
