Our organization is excited to invite a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding practice, affiliated with the local health system. Located near Des Moines and surrounding areas, we pride ourselves on a community-centered approach to healthcare. Position Highlights:- Collaborate with a team consisting of one Physician and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage an average patient load of 18-24 individuals per day.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week.
- Provide care to patients across all age groups.
- Practice mix includes continuity of care, pediatrics, and nursing home services.
- Optional coverage for emergency department and inpatient services.
- Experience an outpatient lifestyle with a manageable on-call schedule.
- Base Salary: $290,000.
- Incentives for both production and non-production.
- Commencement Bonus: $150,000.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
