Slitting Operator
Job Description
Company is seeking an experienced Slitting Operator to join their manufacturing team! If you have hands-on slitting experience and are looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with competitive pay, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: 🔹 Operate, monitor, and maintain slitting line equipment 🔹 Follow SOPs, work instructions, and product specifications 🔹 Load raw materials and unload finished products 🔹 Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed 🔹 Maintain accurate production and equipment records 🔹 Support preventive maintenance activities 🔹 Assist with training team members and promoting workplace safety 🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
'05; High School Diploma or GED required
'05; Must have Slitting Experience
'05; 5–10 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator or helper
'05; 2–4 years of machine operator experience
'05; Tape or Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) industry experience preferred
'05; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
'05; Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a production environment for extended shifts
