Position Highlights
- Our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center, located just a short drive from Milwaukee, allows you to work during weekdays, enjoy your evenings, and avoid the stress of long weekends on call.
- Focus exclusively on outpatient pediatric cases involving healthy children and a variety of common procedures.
- Flexible options for Full-Time or Part-Time daytime schedules (NO nights, NO weekends, NO on-call duties).
- Attractive Compensation: $525,000.
- The facility conducts over 13,000 surgeries annually, including more than 2,300 deliveries.
- Become part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and dedicated service line.
- Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and approval.
- Work in an environment committed to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
- Experience the EPIC EMR System: As the largest user of EPIC in the nation, we ensure an optimized electronic medical record system.
Training and Experience Required
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
- Board eligibility or certification in Anesthesiology.
- Pediatric fellowship is preferred, but substantial experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pediatric Anesthesia is preferred.
