Job Description
Our organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a flourishing practice situated in Elkhart, Indiana, specifically at Simonton Lake Family Practice.
This practice is integrated within a multi-specialty facility, providing easy access to on-site X-ray and laboratory services, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and healthcare providers. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team that includes family practitioners and various specialists located within the same building.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive care across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care.
- Perform minor procedures as needed.
- Maintain an average patient load of 18-22 per day.
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Minimal call commitment required.
