Opportunity Overview

Our organization is seeking a per diem OB/GYN Physician who is either Board Certified or Board Eligible to join our expanding medical group. This role involves providing coverage for the Leave of Absence (LOA) department and requires the physician to perform comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services. Responsibilities will include managing cases such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions, as well as supporting Labor and Delivery and potentially offering office coverage. The OB/GYN will also need to be available for gynecological cases that present through the Emergency Department.

Position Details

The selected physician will assist with LOA department coverage and will be expected to engage in full-scope OB/GYN practice. This encompasses responsibilities in the office, Labor and Delivery, and handling GYN cases from the Emergency Department, including but not limited to ectopic pregnancies and torsions.

Location

This position is based in Castro Valley, California, specifically at Eden Hospital and the medical office located at 20101 Lake Chabot Road.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
