Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated physician eager to practice rural Family Medicine at our Baker City facility, becoming part of a multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers.

About the Clinic

The Baker Clinic is committed to delivering comprehensive family medicine services, catering to a diverse range of patients, including those with pulmonary issues, diabetes, and autoimmune or arthritic conditions.

Team Structure

You will collaborate with another physician, a Nurse Practitioner, a Physician Assistant, and a committed team of support staff, along with access to extensive resources from the larger medical group.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with 34 patient contact hours each week.
• Option for a 4-day work week.
• No on-call duties or inpatient responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

A solid clinical background and a passion for building a full-time medical practice to serve the local community are essential. Please note that this role does not involve obstetric care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certification or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment.
• Oregon and Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas.
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
