Position Overview

The Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at our organization is in search of a MIGS surgeon for a full-time academic role.

  • Current Team: Join a division comprising 3 full-time faculty surgeons, 2 nurse practitioners, and 3 fellows.
  • Unique Practice Opportunity: Focus exclusively on MIGS consultative practices without the responsibilities of general gynecology or obstetrics.
  • Clinical Support: Benefit from excellent clinical resources, including efficient access to high-volume operating room time and robotic surgery with dedicated staff.
  • Educational Involvement: Play a vital role in the education of trainees within a MIGS division that offers an AAGL/Complex Benign Gynecology fellowship and an OB/GYN residency program.
What We Are Looking For
  • Qualifications: M.D., D.O., or an equivalent degree.
  • Board Certification: Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology, with fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
  • Collaborative Approach: A surgeon who values teamwork in clinical care and education.
  • Licensure: Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Narcotics Certification: Must be able to secure a valid federal and state narcotics certificate.
