Temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Recruiter to manage candidates from application through offer acceptance, with a strong emphasis on active sourcing, outbound outreach, and phone-based candidate engagement.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the phone, proactively sourcing talent, and driving candidates through the hiring process in a high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do (Read Carefully)
- Heavily source candidates using job boards, ATS, and outreach tools
- Spend a significant portion of the day on the phone conducting screens and follow-ups
- Manage candidates from application through offer acceptance
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps clearly
- Follow up persistently with candidates to reduce drop-off
- Track all candidate activity accurately in the ATS
- Provide regular pipeline updates and sourcing insights
- Partner with onboarding for a smooth handoff post–offer acceptance
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume environments
- Comfortable with heavy sourcing and daily phone work
- Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with candidates
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple pipelines
- Experience with ATS systems and job boards
- Healthcare, human services, or behavioral health experience is a plus
- ABA knowledge is helpful but not required
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
