OB/GYN Partnership Opportunity in Silverdale, WA

Our organization is actively searching for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of our healthcare partnership at the Women's & Children's Clinic, situated just west of Seattle in the picturesque Silverdale, Washington.

The OB/GYN department is eager to welcome a seventh member to their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role offers a balanced mix of 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology. Enjoy a standard Monday to Friday work schedule, with a call rotation of 1:7, plus county call at 1:10. You will typically see an average of 18-25 clinical patients per day. All services are provided from a single clinical site and a hospital with a level 2 NICU, conveniently located within the same building!

We are a physician-owned and governed outpatient multi-specialty group, established in 1945. Our organization is the largest of its kind located west of Seattle on the Kitsap Peninsula. We collaborate with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health's network to offer a wide range of specialties and services to the community.

With seven patient care clinics, our organization comprises approximately 80 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, supported by a staff of around 350, serving a population of 274,000 residents in the county. Our providers cover a diverse array of specialties, including primary care, surgery, and various sub-specialties.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $345,000 and $365,000 annually, with additional bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure, certifications, and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. Our compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each applicant.

Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is based on full-time employment within the assigned job classification and adheres to the current PSA agreement. For eligible full-time employees, we offer the following benefits:
