Opportunity Details- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Office Hours: Monday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM; Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM
- Location: 611 E Main St, Hart, MI 49420
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
- Team Size: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSWs, 1 Pharm D, 1 Care Manager, and 21 support staff
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
- Call Requirements: Call is shared among the Whitehall, Shelby, Hart, and Ludington offices, with physicians rotating on-call weeks throughout the year (approximately 8 times a year, depending on the number of providers in the call pool).

- Board certified in the relevant clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe set by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
