Compensation and Benefits

• Recruitment Package: $200,000 bonus package.
• Income Guarantee: 1-year guarantee of $275,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Moving allowance up to $15,000.
• PTO: 34 days when on base; 40 days when on production.
• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually.
