Otolaryngology Opportunity in Nampa, ID
Job Description
Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group with over 650 providers, currently seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist. We are dedicated to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care and are looking to expand our well-established practice by adding another provider to our team.
Surgeries are conducted at both our hospital and a Physician/Hospital Joint Venture Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The work schedule follows a traditional model, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 32 hours dedicated to patient interactions, along with potential hospital consultations and rounding duties. After-hours ENT and facial trauma calls will be shared among qualified members of the ENT provider community.
Practice OverviewThe ENT Clinic fosters teamwork among specialists and offers comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our practice provides a wide array of general pediatric and adult ENT services, including:
- Allergy treatments
- Head and neck services
- Full audiology services
- Speech therapy and voice analysis
- Video stroboscopy
- Rhinology and laryngology services
As part of our support system, you will join a high-volume, diverse surgical practice alongside two experienced ENT physicians, two advanced practice providers, and audiology services available at two locations. Our program is currently thriving in Boise and Nampa, with plans to expand into Caldwell and Meridian in the upcoming year.
Requirements- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in Otolaryngology or the ability to obtain certification within three years
- Idaho medical licensure and privileges at our Boise/Nampa facilities and other affiliated hospitals as necessary
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
