Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm
Weekends/OT may be required
(Retail Fulfillment / Returns / Receiving / Putaway) Job SummaryThis position supports warehouse operations by receiving inventory, storing products, fulfilling customer and retail store orders, processing returns, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Associates use scanning technology and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail/Fulfillment AssociateAccurately pick products for retail store orders
Pack and label merchandise for shipment
Prepare completed orders for outbound shipping
Use handheld devices (iPods/scanners) to locate and pick inventory
Process returned merchandise using the Deposco system
Scan and inspect returned products for quality
Process refunds according to procedures
Prepare acceptable items for restocking
Store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
Perform quality inspections on products
Ensure items are scannable and system-ready before storage
Maintain organized inventory locations
Retrieve PO boxes from staging areas
Scan incoming products into Deposco
Accurately sort and place merchandise into bins for putaway
Perform LPN Pick and Tote Pick activities
Assign LPNs to inventory during Initial Scan processes
Replenish inventory for future order fulfillment
Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning technology
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Experience using computers and handheld scanning devices
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
Willingness to work overtime when required
Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting
Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work location within approximately 15 miles of Vernon, CA
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology and scanning systems, able to work on their feet for long periods, and capable of maintaining productivity and accuracy in a warehouse fulfillment environment.
Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
