Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity for a Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our collaborative team of dedicated physicians in Rockford, Illinois. Position Highlights- We are looking for board-eligible or board-certified Diagnostic Radiologists capable of interpreting a wide variety of imaging modalities.
- While fellowship training or experience in breast imaging, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal imaging is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- This role offers a blend of onsite and remote work, with home workstations provided from your first day.
- You will collaborate with a sister practice that includes fellowship-trained subspecialists.
- No overnight shifts required.

- Your primary practice locations will include our Level One Trauma Center and Women's Center in Rockford, as well as our latest micro-hospital in Crystal Lake.
- MD or DO, board certified or board eligible.

We offer a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with an exceptional benefits package:
