Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Interest in a blend of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical procedures
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Dedication to providing excellent, team-oriented care
• New graduates and recent residents are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Compensation: $325,000 - $350,000
• Additional Shift Compensation
• $50,000 starting bonus
• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year 2
• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year 3
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on

The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned above.
