Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000

- Oversee clinic management, from front office operations to clinical functions.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention.
- Review patient medical histories and diagnose conditions through observation and discussion.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Set clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes.
- Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about the recovery process related to physical therapy.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
- Preferred: Proven leadership experience in a clinical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus profit sharing and productivity bonuses, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
