Job Opportunity: Internal Medicine Physician

Our organization is a physician-led multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers, offering a remarkable opportunity for both full-time and part-time Internal Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join our team in a newly established facility exceeding 60,000 square feet.

We are eager to welcome a new physician to our location and are open to residents. The work schedule for this position includes:

  • For full-time: 34 hours of patient contact, with the flexibility of a 4- or 5-day work week.
  • Shared practice call with other eligible Family Medicine providers (approximately 1:40).

Opened last fall, the Caldwell Health Plaza is a dynamic, fully operational facility that provides state-of-the-art healthcare services. Conveniently located off I-84, it caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. The Plaza offers a wide range of services for families, including:

  • Extended Hours Urgent Care
  • Family Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Occupational Medicine

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Board certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment.
  • Possession of a valid Idaho medical license to practice in all areas of medicine.
  • Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
