We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who wants meaningful work, variety in their day, and the opportunity to bring quality healthcare directly to students and communities throughout Northwest Florida.

\n You'll step into an outpatient clinical role providing comprehensive primary care aboard one of Florida's largest mobile healthcare programs. You'll travel to schools and community locations delivering wellness exams, sports physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care while working alongside an experienced, collaborative healthcare team.

\n You'll practice throughout the Panama City area and Northwest Florida, a region known for its beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, outdoor recreation, and welcoming communities.

What makes you a great fit

• You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
\n
• You enjoy caring for children, adolescents, and families
\n
• You're comfortable practicing independently in a mobile clinical setting
\n
• You value preventive medicine, community outreach, and team-based care
\n
• Primary care experience is preferred, and pediatric or school-based experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

\n
• Base salary: $115,000 to $145,000 based on experience
\n
• Medical insurance: Employer pays approximately 70%
\n
• Dental and vision insurance: Employer pays approximately 70%
\n
• Paid Time Off: 3 weeks plus 14 paid holidays
\n
• CME: $1,500 annually plus 5 administrative days
\n
• Retirement: 403(b) with a 3% employer contribution plus up to a 6% employer match
\n
• 457(b) retirement plan available for eligible employees
