What We Offer- Full-time Employment: This role involves providing services at our clinics in Davenport and Clinton, with shared on-call responsibilities.
- Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base salary guarantee of $800,000 for the first two years, transitioning to $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year.
- Sign-On Bonus: A generous commencement bonus of $150,000.

Qualifications- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Hematology/Oncology.
- Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in both Iowa and Illinois.
- Current state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).
Our accredited cancer care program is seeking an additional board eligible or board certified Hematologist Oncologist to join a dedicated team of 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, along with experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. We provide a comprehensive range of innovative treatments and educational resources, including:
- Radiation oncology
- Infusion services
- Genetic testing
- Surgical interventions (including robotic surgery)
- Clinical trials
- Tumor boards
- Dieticians and cancer navigators
Our community-based program operates clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, as well as Silvis, Illinois.
