Join Our Family Medicine Team as a Nurse Practitioner

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to enhance our expanding Family Medicine team located in North Central Indiana.

As part of our medical group, which operates over 20 practice locations, we are proud to have more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians serving the communities of St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties.

This role will be affiliated with a regional health system that is part of a larger network, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment.
