Responsibilities
  • Assessing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and listening to patient concerns.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with specific goals and expected outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000, which includes productivity incentives. Additional benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
