We are thrilled to announce a remarkable opening for a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon to become part of a large, hospital-employed multispecialty practice located in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire and capability to perform general neurosurgery, with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience.
As one of the most extensive healthcare networks in central Ohio, our organization caters to over 500,000 patients annually, consistently achieving outstanding outcomes and high patient satisfaction ratings. Our medical group operates as a division of the health system, which includes three hospitals and more than 30 health centers. With a team of over 300 dedicated physicians, we are committed to enhancing healthcare in our community.
Opportunity Highlights:- Access to Comprehensive & Primary Stroke Centers and a Level II Trauma Center
- Utilization of advanced technologies, including image-guided navigational surgery and intraoperative imaging
- Surgical home base located at Mount Carmel East Hospital
- 6 days of call per month
- Support from specialized neuroscience units and staff
- Onsite team of experienced Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioners available 24/7
- Collaboration with a well-established team of 17 neurologists specializing in areas such as headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, dementia, and neuromuscular disorders
- A robust referral network within the medical group, ACO, and community partners
