Requirements
  • Current licensure as an MD/DO, PA-C/NP in the State of Michigan
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Division Head in strategic planning, goal setting, and the implementation of divisional initiatives.
  • Support daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and policy execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff, encouraging collaboration and professional development.
  • Engage in hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management processes.
  • Help manage budgets, resources, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
  • Represent the division in meetings, committees, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Step in for the Division Head as necessary to maintain leadership continuity.
