Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Urology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to become a part of our Urology department. We welcome both seasoned professionals and new graduates!

Opportunity Highlights

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM; both full-time and part-time roles are available.

• Location: The clinic is situated within a multi-specialty facility connected to a regional referral teaching hospital with 342 beds.
• Service Area: Serve a community of approximately 260,000 residents.
• Trauma Center: Work in a Level III Trauma Center equipped with helicopter services.
• Compensation: Competitive salary of $114,000 plus a $25,000 recruitment bonus!

About the Medical Center

• Our regional health system spans 14 counties and includes the main medical center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics across northern Iowa.
• We are a teaching hospital offering residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board-certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
• Ability to obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA, along with medical staff privileges at our facility.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates.
