Installation Manager
Job Description
Manage daily installation projects.
Schedule installation crews, materials, and equipment.
Review project plans and jobsite requirements.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Inspect jobsites and resolve installation issues.
Recruit, train, and supervise installers and subcontractors.
Conduct performance reviews and safety meetings.
Support installation of motorized systems and low-voltage wiring.
Ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA safety standards.
Communicate with customers and resolve concerns.
Monitor labor productivity, warranty issues, and project documentation.
Work closely with sales and operations teams.
5+ years of construction, home improvement, or related experience.
5+ years managing installation crews or field teams.
Experience working directly with homeowners.
Knowledge of residential construction, framing, and mounting methods.
Basic knowledge of low-voltage wiring and motorized systems.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with window coverings, awnings, pergolas, or similar products.
Experience with shade automation systems (Somfy, Rollease Acmeda, Bond, etc.).
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Experience with CRM or project management software.
