Adecco is assisting a growing manufacturing client in Sealy, TX in the search for a Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring leaders, and driving a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.Position SummaryThe Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and operations roles. This position requires strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment data. Experience recruiting within manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions.
- Track recruiting activity and candidate information through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or talent pool platform.
- Deliver an efficient, professional, and positive candidate experience.
- Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and hiring strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening requirements.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Experience with ADP, Zoho Recruit, Breezy, or similar ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruiting best practices.
