Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our full-time team at the Bown Crossing Clinic, a thriving clinic-based practice situated on the east side of Boise, Idaho. This modern facility, established just six years ago, is conveniently located near a library, an elementary school, and within walking distance of Boise's scenic greenbelt and foothills.

Schedule

• 4 to 4.5 days per week
• 34 patient contact hours weekly
• Flexible scheduling options and reduced full-time equivalents (FTE) available

Call Responsibilities

• 1:30 call schedule, phone only
• Supported by an excellent triage service

Team Structure

You will be joining a collaborative team consisting of:

• 4 Family Medicine physicians
• 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Comprehensive support staff, including 1:1 Medical Assistants, a team nurse, and personnel for population health and referrals

Electronic Medical Records

Our clinic utilizes the EPIC system for electronic medical records.

Patient Care Focus

At the Bown Crossing Clinic, we are committed to delivering care across a wide range of patient needs, from birth to end of life. Please note that this position does not involve obstetric care. The incoming physician will take over an established practice from a retiring physician, providing ample opportunity to expand the patient panel.

Additional services available at this location include Urgent Care, on-site digital x-ray, laboratory services, and STARS Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
• Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas of medicine
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA
