The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and have a passion for mentoring advanced practitioners.
Key Highlights:- This practice serves as a primary care hub for individuals seeking medical providers, with many referrals coming from the ER for patients without a primary care physician.
- Shared call rotation approximately every 70 days, supported by RN triage.
- Governed by physicians, with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee.
- Flexible scheduling options available, accommodating both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.
- Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) is essential and offers additional compensation.

Compensation Package:We offer a competitive base salary with the potential for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Salary range for Full-Time positions is between $250,000 and $260,000.
- The stated salary reflects the initial compensation range and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation applicable to the role.
- Providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from the medical group.
- A starting bonus of up to $75,000 for Full-Time positions (pro-rated for Part-Time).
- A retention bonus of $25,000 for Full-Time positions (pro-rated for Part-Time).
- Resident compensation of up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on is available.
- An APP oversight stipend is offered for collaboration and supervision.
