Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Length: Temp to Perm

Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
• Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hook Fabrication Specialist to perform finishing, assembly, and quality inspection of prosthetic hooks and components. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for candidates with experience in fabrication, assembly, machining, maintenance, or production environments, as well as individuals looking to learn a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Sand, grind, fit, align, and assemble prosthetic hook components.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality standards are met.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders, specifications, and production instructions.
• Record production activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
