Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in pattern cutting or a related cutting role. Demonstrated proficiency with knife handling and cutting tools. Knowledge of saw safety procedures and safe operation of cutting equipment. Ability to read and interpret cutting patterns and technical instructions. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with different types of poly/foam materials and their properties preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Responsibilities: Interpret and follow detailed cutting patterns and specifications to accurately cut poly materials. Order necessary product from saw department to produce the customers order. Operate cutting tools such as knives and saws safely and efficiently to produce high-quality cuts. Inspect cut materials for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines related to knife handling and saw operation. Minimize waste.
