Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time position requiring 2100 hours annually
• Involvement in vascular, orthopedic, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiac cases
• Minimal pediatric cases, primarily at the ambulatory surgery center
• Call Schedule: 1 weekend per month; 3 overnight in-house calls every 2 months; 4 second calls every 2 months

Requirements:

• New York State licensure and DEA registration are mandatory
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology

Compensation and Benefits Package:

We offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Base compensation of $575,000 for call-taking positions
• An additional stipend of $25,000 for cardiac anesthesia
• The stated salary represents the starting range and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift pay, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• A sign-on bonus of $125,000
• Retention stipend for the first two years
• Premium Pay and Excess Call Pay options available
