Position Overview:

• Medical Leadership: Lead the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) with a focus on inpatient care.
• Inpatient Focus: This role is entirely dedicated to inpatient responsibilities.
• Hours Commitment: A minimum of 20 hours per week is required to comply with Medicare and regulatory standards for ARU operations.
• Work Schedule: Your hours may encompass both clinical and administrative duties, with flexible shift options available.
• On-Call Duties: On-call coverage is necessary from 7 AM to 7 PM, one weekend each month.
• Qualifications: Completion of a formal residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), at least one year of rehabilitation fellowship, or equivalent training/experience, including a one-year hospital internship and a minimum of two years managing inpatient rehabilitation as part of a collaborative medical team.
