Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our established team in Camillus, NY. You will be joining a collaborative outpatient practice that values innovative ideas and supports the clinical interests of its physicians.

Practice Overview

Located at 5301 W. Genesee Street, Camillus, NY 13031, our Primary Care Center provides comprehensive health care services for adults and seniors. We offer:

• Annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes
• Care for illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
• Preventive immunizations and vaccinations
• Women's health services, including annual pelvic exams and Pap smears
• Preventive health and wellness services, such as cancer screenings

Highlights

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shared rotational call among physicians

Requirements

• New York State licensure and DEA registration are mandatory
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status
• Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates

Recruitment Package

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000
• This salary reflects the starting range and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, or additional cash compensation as applicable.
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits provided by the medical group.

Bonuses

• Starting Bonus: $50,000, paid in the first payroll month after employment begins
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 payable in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary, and another $25,000 after the second anniversary
