We are currently in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our esteemed OB/GYN Residency Program as Core Faculty. Our community-focused, ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency Program has been integral to our educational mission since the 1970s. We are eager to welcome faculty who are passionate about academic medicine, dedicated to evidence-based practices, and excited about mentoring both residents and medical students.
Position Highlights:- ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency Program with Osteopathic Recognition
- Total of 12 residents, with 3 per PGY year
- Approximately 2,400 deliveries annually, featuring 12 labor and delivery rooms, 22 private postpartum rooms, and 2 dedicated OB operating rooms
- Opportunity to precept residents in clinic, labor and delivery, and the operating room at a 450-bed trauma center
- Serve a diverse and medically underserved population
- Access to a state-of-the-art Simulation Center for surgical, procedural, and labor & delivery skill enhancement
- Collaborate with a committed Program Director and a team of enthusiastic core faculty
- Strong partnerships with VCOM, VCU, and EVMS for medical student education
- Ongoing faculty development and support for academic careers
- Utilization of EPIC to connect all inpatient and outpatient locations

CompensationThe hiring range for this position is between $335,000 and $385,000, with actual pay determined by specialty, experience, and performance.
