Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care to patients facing critical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective patient care plans.
- Accurately document patient information using the Meditech 6.0 EMR system.
- Participate in on-call shifts as needed, with a duration of 24 hours.
- Flu vaccination is mandatory without exceptions.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required.
