Job Opportunity: Medical Oncologist

Our organization is looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join the Hematology/Oncology Division at the MacNeal Community Cancer Center. This role is pivotal in establishing a comprehensive general hematology and medical oncology program in Berwyn and its neighboring areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a thriving hematology and oncology program.
  • Enhance clinical and research initiatives within the division.
  • Assist in attracting top-tier professionals to the practice.
  • Champion high-quality patient care and service excellence.
  • Provide both inpatient and outpatient care at MacNeal Hospital and Cancer Center.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary translational clinical care research.
  • Oversee a diverse array of clinical treatment protocols.
  • Instruct fellows, residents, and medical students as needed.
  • Report directly to the Director of the Hematology/Oncology Division and collaborate on expanding the regional cancer practice.
Qualifications
  • Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $159,000 to $985,945, determined by academic rank and experience. Additional benefits include:
