- Schedule: Varied hours from Monday to Saturday
- Location: Union Lake
This position involves rounding and conducting surgical procedures at Trinity Health Oakland, which features Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby services, and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

- Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certified or board eligible
- Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
- Experience in Women's Health is preferred
A typical day may involve:
- Providing comprehensive well-woman care, including preventive visits, screenings, and counseling throughout the lifespan.
- Managing a wide range of gynecologic issues such as abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, menopausal symptoms, and vulvovaginal conditions.
- Offering patient-centered family planning counseling and education.
- Performing in-office procedures like pap smears, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, and other gynecologic procedures as per practice scope.
- Delivering prenatal and obstetric care for various pregnancy needs, including routine and higher acuity patients as appropriate.
- Collaborating with APPs, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care and clinic operations.
- Providing clinical guidance and support to APP colleagues as needed.
- Reviewing and managing lab results, imaging, and patient communications with prompt follow-up.
- Educating patients on preventive care, pregnancy expectations, and treatment options to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participating in team huddles and coordinating care across the practice.
