Key Responsibilities:- Participate in call coverage with a beeper system, ensuring a response time of 30 minutes.
- Maintain a call ratio of 1:3.
- Manage an average of 7 patients per shift.
- Conduct both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
- Perform essential procedures including newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion.
- Oversee non-invasive and acute ventilation management.
- Handle patient admissions as required.
- Engage in an ongoing assignment with consistent support.
