Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to become a vital part of our expanding orthopedic team. - Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)
- Dedicated support from Advanced Practice Providers
- Excellent infrastructure with highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams
- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty is preferred
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status is required
- Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a focus on total joints and revision procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
- Potential to earn over $1 million annually
- $100,000 recruitment bonus
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
