Position: Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstruction Program

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to become a vital part of our expanding orthopedic team. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty is preferred
• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible status is required
• Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a focus on total joints and revision procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
• Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
• Potential to earn over $1 million annually
