Key Responsibilities:

• Earn between $18.50 and $23.00 per hour.
• Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
• Oversee the repair and upkeep of equipment, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
• Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
• Commitment to customer service and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
