Job Opportunity: Rheumatologist

We are seeking a dedicated Rheumatologist to join our team, focusing on the management and treatment of patients with various rheumatic conditions, including disorders of the musculoskeletal system, autoimmune diseases, soft tissue issues, and connective tissue disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care primarily in an outpatient setting, with the opportunity for inpatient consultations.
  • Administer infusion therapies and conduct advanced diagnostic procedures on-site.
  • Collaborate with a robust primary care referral network and engage in multi-specialty partnerships.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • H-1B cap-exempt organization; J-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Board certification in Rheumatology is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting salary of $330,000 with a two-year guarantee transitioning to a production-based compensation model.
  • Sign-on bonus of $60,000.
  • Longevity bonuses totaling $60,000.
  • Relocation assistance of $15,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
