We are currently in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to become part of our established and expanding surgical team in Davenport, Iowa. Position Highlights
  • Full-time, employed role
  • Main location in Davenport, IA, with opportunities for regional outreach
  • Balanced call schedule of 1:3
  • Dedicated OR block time, including access to:
    • Hybrid OR
    • Cath Lab
    • Interventional Radiology suite
  • Efficient clinic operations supported by experienced staff
  • Onsite ICAVL-accredited vascular lab conducting over 1,600 studies annually
  • Active involvement in the Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) Registry
  • Fully integrated health system with robust primary care and specialty support
Comprehensive Scope of Practice

Engage in a wide range of vascular and endovascular care, including:

  • Aortic & Endovascular: Open and endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR, TEVAR)
  • Carotid & Cerebrovascular: CAD management, TCAR, CEA
  • Peripheral Arterial Disease: PAD treatment, PVI, angioplasty, and stenting
  • Venous & Thrombotic Care: DVT management, venous/arterial thrombectomy, chronic venous insufficiency
  • Dialysis Access: Creation and ongoing management
  • Office-Based Procedures: In-office vein treatments and minimally invasive care
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $575,715 with productivity incentives
  • Recruitment incentive of $150,000
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
  • Generous paid time off, including:

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited vascular surgery residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (with vascular certification from ABS within 3 years)
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Iowa and Illinois
  • Eligible for DEA and prescribing authority
  • J-1 and H-1B candidates are encouraged to apply
