Job Opportunity: Critical Care Physician (Nocturnist)

Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Critical Care Physician to become a part of a well-established and high-performing team as a Nocturnist. This position provides a chance to work in a collaborative setting with strong specialty support while delivering advanced, patient-focused care within a growing healthcare system.

Position Highlights
  • Join a close-knit group consisting of 14 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
  • Work a 7/7 schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • No outpatient clinic responsibilities.
  • Receive 24/7 support from APPs.
  • Main location: Medical Center with 67 ICU/CCU beds.
  • Secondary location: Medical Center with 7 ICU beds.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $578,340
  • Recruitment Incentive: $75,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
  • Annual CME Allowance: $6,000
  • Malpractice Insurance: Includes tail coverage
  • Retirement Plans: 403B with a 6.5% match and 457B options
