Job Description
Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers a unique and consistent schedule: enjoy working seven 10-hour night shifts in a row, followed by a full week off. The assignment begins on August 17, and you’ll be working nights from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with your work week running Friday through Thursday.
Schedule/Hours:
- Nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Seven 10-hour shifts in a row, then seven days off
- 70 total hours every two weeks
Desired Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Proficiency in common laboratory instrumentation and technologies
- Thorough understanding of laboratory safety and regulatory standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex results
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and validate a variety of laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to established protocols
- Collect, process, and analyze specimens in accordance with best practices
- Document results promptly and accurately in laboratory information systems
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control initiatives
- Collaborate with other laboratory professionals to support patient care goals
