Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Start Date: July 20
End Date: May 28
Setting: In-Person Only

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services in a school-based setting. Opportunities are available serving various student populations, ranging from Kindergarten through age 22. SLPAs are available or being added to support caseload management.

Student Populations

Available assignments may include:

Kindergarten – 3rd Grade
4th Grade – Age 22
6th Grade – 12th Grade
Caseload Information
Average caseload of approximately 85 students
SLPA support provided or in the process of being added to support service delivery
Required Qualifications

Candidates must have:

An active Speech-Language Pathologist license or be actively in the process of obtaining one
A valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one before the start date
Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and goal development
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
