Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in education or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to contribute collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving communication skills
• Provide direct therapy, both individual and small group, in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of evaluations, interventions, and ongoing progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
