Job description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Attorney located in Ontario, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters related to Labor and Employment Law, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, offering legal advice, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role involves working closely with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes in various legal scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law with a strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law

  • Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and develop effective legal strategies

  • Strong skills in Research and analysis of legal cases and documentation

  • Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to advocate on behalf of clients

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar

  • 2+ years of experience in labor or employment law is preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
